Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be authorized by email, email@example.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your order. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to customer.

If you need to exchange a product, a new order can be placed for the correct item and a return of the previous item can be conducted within 14 days of the order date. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Shipping costs for a replacement item (damaged/wrong item sent) is FREE up to one time per item, however, payment of duty and tax charges is still the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Select items are not eligible for store credit returns. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time. In the event a package is returned by the mail service, your payment will be refunded minus the actual fee of shipping, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
